Plot summary
It's the dawn of a new age...a chicken age. Humans have been the dominant species for far too long. The chickens have come to roost and they're not clucking around. Angry birds and high libidos
I enjoyed the intentional schlockiness of this movie. The chicken puppets were fun. The effects and acting were appropriate for the b movie vibe. I laughed hard at the chicken sex-ed news broadcast. There was an uncomfortable amount of chicken-human relations. I lost the plot by the end but honestly I think that was also intentional. There was blood and gore. There was horny people making out at the weirdest times which also added to the humor and charm. Overall I think this was a charming film that knew what it wanted to be. The jokes came across reasonably well. I think it's a fun tongue in cheek homage to a b horror movie.
