The movie gives a lot of hints that it wants to be a parody of the actual state the Romanian police and politicians are today, however even for a parody it is very bad. The story is poorly written, the characters are poorly written, the acting is bad, it is difficult to find something good about this movie. Maybe the good thing is that for a Romanian movie it had improvements in shooting and stunts, still fighting scenes needed a lot more to look good. The main characters is simply stupid all throughout the movie, it doesn't evolve in any way, they try at the end to make him come out in a way but that takes 20 seconds and that's it. Even when trying to milk in the Romanian nostalgia for a beloved character from the 90s it is still poorly executed.

I was impressed by the trailer and immediately wanted to buy tickets to see it but I regret it, definitely one can wait until it comes out on different platforms, you are not missing out on anything. I laughed for 2 minutes and face palmed the rest of the movie.

Just like a previous user stated, i never reviewed a film in my life on IMDB, but this one is so bad that i had to specifically create an account to do it.

Everything about it was terrible, i barely laughed at a few scenes, and most of the times I grimaced in disgust. The subject was good, but barely truly touched - the corruption and its effects. Instead, lots of swearing and bad acting, scenes that makes you facepalmed harder than Will smith slapped Chris Rock.

Some horribly worng actor picks like Jimmy (WTF was he even supposed to do), Garcea (the guy came with some 20yo jokes and faces) made the movie feel like a total fiasco.

I am so so so so sorry i wasted nearly 20$ to see it, i hoped it will be half the value of Teambuilding, but proved to be less than a dime worth.

TOTALLY NOT RECCOMENDED.

So about the other reviews,i wanna say that they didn't get the film and it doesn't want to be a parody but it is a parody,the police in cause it's the romanian police that is really portraited great in this movie,the uk police doesn't work like this because it's more independent but the romaniai one is exactly like that.

The movie was great it is really comedic and it doesn't deserve the rating that it has on IMDb,I want to say that it's not a 10 star movie but i gave it this many so that readers can read my review before the other ones.

In the end i want to say that the movie has great filming quality,great actors(i don't know anything about the english voice actors)but is not meant for every body is more of a romanian only movie but i will still recomend it to people from other countries.
